Slovenia: Petrol shareholders approve 1.8 euro per share dividend

Slovenian energy group said that its shareholders have approved a gross dividend payment of 1.8 euro per share, scheduled for August 2, up from 0.7 euro paid for the previous year. At their general meeting held on May 23, shareholders approved a dividend payout of 74 million euros from the profit available for appropriation, Petrol
