The special investment fund Advance Capital Partners and the founder and co-owner of Solvis Stjepan Talan reached an agreement on a strategic partnership with that large Croatian producer of solar panels and integrated photovoltaic solutions.
“Upon fulfilment of certain contractual conditions and provision of regulatory approvals from competent bodies for competition protection, the special investment fund managed by Advance Capital Partners will become the owner of 60 percent of the business shares in Solvis”, according to Advance Capital’s announcement.
The strategic partnership, as they stated, will enable the implementation of joint strategic development plans, the internationalization of business and the development of new environmentally friendly energy solutions.
